Lagenda Setiawan Online is a private/community game server based on or inspired by Fung Wan Online / Pedang Setiawan Online.

LSO is not an official server of the original game and does not claim any official partnership, endorsement, or affiliation with the original developer, publisher, or intellectual property owners.

All original trademarks, names, artwork, characters, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

All donations, top-ups, purchases, tokens, points, or in-game services are completely voluntary. LSO does not force, demand, or require any player to make a payment in order to play.

Players are responsible for their own purchasing decisions. Payments should only be made through official LSO payment channels. LSO is not responsible for transactions made through unauthorized individuals or third parties.

The Head Game Master, Developer, and LSO Management reserve the right to take action against any player or account that violates the rules. Actions may include:

• Warning
• Mute
• Jail
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent ban
• Item or token removal
• Reward cancellation
• Character or ranking reset
• IP/device restriction
• Staff or GM position removal

The punishment will depend on the seriousness of the violation.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Hacks or cheats
• Bug abuse
• Speed or damage hacks
• Memory editing
• Packet manipulation
• Item duplication
• Unauthorized teleportation
• Cooldown or skill manipulation
• Client manipulation
• Launcher or anti-cheat bypass
• Any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage

Players who discover bugs should report them, not exploit them. Serious violations may result in an immediate permanent ban.

Unauthorized bots, macros, scripts, auto-farming, auto-leveling, auto-PvP, or similar automation tools may result in disciplinary action.

The Developer has the final authority to determine whether any software, script, or macro is allowed.

Players must respect other members of the community. The following are prohibited:

• Serious harassment
• Bullying
• Threats
• Hate speech
• Racism
• Sexual harassment
• Doxxing
• Real-world threats
• Scamming
• Impersonating a GM, Developer, or LSO staff member

Normal in-game competitive trash talk may be tolerated within reasonable limits.

LSO is a gaming community. Players must not use discussions involving religion, race / ethnicity, or politics to insult, provoke, harass, discriminate against, or create unnecessary conflict among players.

Keep the community focused on the game.

Players are responsible for the security and activity of their own accounts. Do not share passwords, login information, or account credentials.

If an account is shared with another person, the account owner remains responsible for actions performed using that account.

Scamming, phishing, fake top-ups, fake item sales, and unauthorized account or item trading are prohibited.

Any Real Money Trading conducted outside official LSO systems is done at the player’s own risk. LSO is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized third-party transactions.

Players must not manipulate PvP, war, rankings, events, boss rewards, daily rewards, referral systems, or multi-account systems for unfair rewards or advantages.

Fake kills, feeding, arranged victories, reward farming, or similar manipulation may result in reward cancellation or account suspension.

Game Masters must also follow LSO internal rules. GM abuse of power is prohibited, including:

• Giving items to friends
• Favoring certain players or guilds
• Leaking event information
• Manipulating PvP results
• Selling GM items
• Misusing GM commands

The Head GM or Developer may immediately remove any staff member found abusing their authority.

Server logs may be used as the primary evidence in investigations involving items, trading, login activity, exploits, purchases, events, and character activity.

Screenshots and videos may also be considered as supporting evidence.

Any attempt to attack, exploit, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the server is strictly prohibited. This includes:

• DDoS / DoS
• SQL injection
• Brute-force attacks
• Packet flooding
• Unauthorized database access
• Security bypass

Serious cases may be reported to the appropriate authorities when necessary.

The Developer may change skills, items, damage, defense, HP / Chi, drop rates, boss mechanics, EXP rates, economy, tokens, class balance, and event rewards when necessary to maintain game balance and server stability.

LSO may also perform maintenance, rollback, item removal, restoration, or economy adjustment where required.

LSO applies the same rules to all players. No player is exempt because they are a donor, VIP, top player, top guild member, streamer, veteran player, or friend of a GM.

Top-up or donation does not provide immunity from punishment.

Players may submit a ban appeal through official LSO channels. An appeal does not guarantee that a punishment will be removed.

The final decision remains with the Head Game Master / Developer of Lagenda Setiawan Online.

LSO Management reserves the right to update or modify these rules whenever necessary for server security, game balance, community management, events, economy, or operational requirements.

The latest officially published version shall be considered the active policy.
